Quality Lead
About the job
Mission
In this role, you will ensure the design, development, implementation and
measurement of quality programs, processes and initiatives; the
standardization and alignment of these activities across EMEA and the
improvement of quality processes across the Project River locations to support
the strategic global account in achieving PEAK performance.
About the role
Responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement
of quality programs, processes and initiatives for Project River EMEA.
As a hands-on leader, the Quality Lead, Strategic Global Accounts is also
responsible for mentoring and guiding Quality Coordinators in EMEA, driving
best practices and making sure the Project River and Foundever quality
standards are implemented and lived in all locations.

Key responsibilities
Quality management related:
Develop and implement in EMEA standardized quality processes, tools and
reports to guarantee consistency between the individual locations in
partnership and alignment with Operations Director and Quality & CI Director,
EMEA Global Accounts.
Maintain and continuously improve the quality related processes based on
Client and Foundever requirements.
Evaluate business processes to identify opportunities to improve the quality
of provided services. Monitor trends in quality performance and compliance to
quality requirements and liaise with Operational Management and Learning teams
to ensure continuous improvement.
Support Quality Coordinators to develop and implement action plans necessary
to meet and exceed required levels of quality; recommend changes as needed to
support required improvements.
Gather and share best practices among locations ensuring alignment and
consistency of quality processes between locations in EMEA.
Organize/Reinforce development plans for the continuous growth of the QCs.
Conduct regular communication, one to one and team meetings with QCs to ensure
alignment, best practice sharing, performanc
e reviews, performance improvements and personal development of individuals.
Drive the further development of QCs to meet Project River special
requirements (outside PeakOS) and strive for innovation and continuous
improvement.
Organize calibration sessions with QCs to ensure alignment in transactions
evaluation and participate in external calibrations with the Client, when
possible.
Organize and host quality business reviews.
Participates in internal and external audits.
Attend meetings with Operational and support department leads discussing
quality activity results, and support with best practices.
Drives customer feedback analysis to ensure accurate review, action planning
and continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
Develop and/or implement quality strategies to impact overall customer
experience.
Establish quality and customer experience objectives with Project River and
develop appropriate initiatives to achieve targets and drive continuous
improvements.
Make sure quality reports and documents are delivered on time for internal and
external departmental use.
General:
Work closely together with the Project River Account and Operations management
teams to deliver a one Foundever Quality approach.
Prepare and present regular Quality project status on internal and external
business review meetings, when needed.
Participate on internal and external quarterly and annual business reviews.
Plan, develop, implement quality initiatives, projects and systems in
accordance with the global clients’ business plan and corporate strategy in
close collaboration with the Operations, and Learning department colleagues.
Work with the business and technical stakeholders of Project River to drive
and implement change in EMEA.
Collaborate with Quality representatives across the globe to share best
practices and identify improvement opportunities for Project River.

Other qualifications
Experience:
A minimum of five years in an operations or Quality role
Ability to gather and analyze data, evidence and prepare reports, status
updates.
Strong leadership skills focused on quality and achieving goals, with the
ability to meet challenging deadlines.
Wide experience in the service and BPO industry
Experienced operational or project manager for change management or continuous
improvement activities
