Role Description
This role a pivotal role within the culinary department, primarily responsible
for overseeing the operations of a central kitchen. This role demands a blend
of culinary expertise, leadership, and management skills to ensure the
delivery of high-quality food services. The Executive Chef will lead kitchen
staff, manage food preparation, innovate menus, and maintain operational
efficiency while upholding the highest standards of food safety and
cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
‎1. Culinary Expertise and Menu Development:
Develop and innovate recipes and menus, ensuring a high standard of taste and
quality.
Stay informed about current culinary trends and incorporate them into the menu
as appropriate.
