Job Description
Coordinates with the Human Resources Manager and Heads of Departments/Sections
in the preparation of job vacancy specifications, grading, requirements, and
job descriptions and promoting equality and diversity as part of the
organization’s culture.
Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers, and social
media.
Liaises with approved recruitment agencies to supply manpower requirements.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates applicant/candidate CV against job
requirements.
Conduct phone, Online, and/or in-person interviews.
Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills.
Prepare Job Offers in both Arabic/English and the native language of the
candidate.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates and organize a data bank for various
positions.
Maintains all applications and interview data in the Recruitment Tracking
System.
Serves as a resource for HR policies, procedures, and practices to
supervisors, HR staff, and others.
Coordinates with the Administration Team and the Licensing Office for relevant
processes for safe boarding of the newly recruited employee.
Perform orientations and Induction programs for new staff.
Maintain accurate records in the HRMS, ensuring Payroll, Leave Management, and
EOS runs through the System.
Administer investigations and coordinate with the Legal Department to take
corrective action.
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of the
agreement.
Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
To Comply with any other assignment given by the Direct Manager.
Skills
Minimum of ‎5 Years of experience in the same or any related field.
Good knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law
Familiarity with HRMS Software
SAP Knowledge would be an advantage

إعداد عروض العمل باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية واللغة الأم للمرشح.
تطوير مجموعة من المرشحين المؤهلين وتنظيم بنك بيانات لمختلف المناصب.
يحافظ على جميع الطلبات وبيانات المقابلة في نظام تتبع التوظيف.
يعمل كمورد لسياسات وإجراءات وممارسات الموارد البشرية للمشرفين وموظفي الموارد
البشرية وغيرهم.
- التنسيق مع فريق الإدارة ومكتب الترخيص للعمليات ذات الصلة بالصعود الآمن
للموظف المعين حديثًا.
تنفيذ التوجيهات والبرامج التعريفية للموظفين الجدد.
احتفظ بسجلات دقيقة في نظام إدارة الموارد البشرية، مما يضمن تشغيل كشوف المرتبات
وإدارة الإجازات وEOS من خلال النظام.
إدارة التحقيقات والتنسيق مع الإدارة القانونية لاتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
الحفاظ على السرية حول المعلومات الحساسة وشروط الاتفاقية.
إعداد تقارير مخصصة عن المشاريع حسب الحاجة
للامتثال لأية مهمة أخرى يكلفها بها المدير المباشر.
مهارات
-خبرة لا تقل عن ‎5 سنوات في نفس المجال أو في أي مجال ذي صلة.
معرفة جيدة بقانون العمل الكويتي
الإلمام ببرامج إدارة الموارد البشرية (HRMS).
