We are currently hiring an HR Generalist to join our team and lead all aspects
of HR operations to
ensure compliance with employment regulations, company policies, and best
practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing various aspects of HR Operations, including employee documentation,
on-boarding and off-
boarding,and HR audits
Creating, implementing, and administering human resources policies and
procedures and ensuring that
practices are compliant with statutory requirements and guidelines
Providing support for recruitment as required, including but not limited to
conducting hiring needs
analysis, conducting reference checks, and employment contracts
Supporting employee relations by providing guidelines and clarifications on
policies and their application
Managing employee benefits and claims administration
Working closely with finance and/or outsourced vendors to ensure timely and
accurate processing of
payroll and other claims
Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement
Key Requirements:
You have a Degree in Human Resources or related fields.
You have prior experience in an HR generalist role.minimum ‎1-‎2 years.
You have in-depth knowledge of employment laws & statutory requirements.
You have a good understanding of HR policies & procedures.
You are organized, meticulous & detail-oriented.
You ideally possess a degree in human resources or a related field.
You have strong interpersonal & communication skills.

لديك فهم جيد لسياسات الموارد البشرية. إجراءات.
أنت منظم ودقيق & موجه نحو التفاصيل.
