Job Title: System Administrator
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
‎1. Perform system analysis and tuning, integrity checks, queries, network
usage, in addition to Input/ Output, memory, and CPU processes, to proactively
identify and address any issues that may arise.
‎2. Install, configure and troubleshoot Domain Controllers, Exchange Servers
and Internet Servers to ensure that the systems are online, continuously
monitored and all data is successfully backed up. Administer and support the
Azure Workloads, Office ‎365 environment, encompassing Exchange Online,
SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
‎3. Experience with implementing and operating Nutanix Hyperconverged and
other virtualization or container solutions
‎4. Interact closely with internal departments to identify and understand the
bridge gaps between business needs and critical applications functionalities,
define problems, identify requirements and create solutions to meet business
needs in collaboration with respective Department Managers.
‎5. Ensure that all servers & other hardware systems are patched on a timely
basis and are highly secure with industry standard protection tools like Anti-
Virus, Firewall, etc.
‎6. Assist in analyzing requirements and developing functional & technical
designs detailing system solutions that meet user defined requirements,
implement software programs and recommend system controls and protocols to
solve problems and requirements effectively.
‎7. Perform all supporting duties involved in installing, maintaining,
testing, and Al-Hajery’s computerized information systems including all
computer workstations and peripherals, network equipment, telephone systems,
and software used by all departments.
‎8. Respond to requests for assistance from system users and resolve
operations problems, troubleshoot, analyze and resolve complex systems,
internal and internet e-mail systems, and application problems.
‎9. Perform required diagnostic testing and maintenance on system hardware.
‎10. Assist in maintaining relationships with software suppliers and upgrade
systems as new patches or system upgrades are released by the supplier.
‎11. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes,
and practices while taking into account best practice, improvement of business
processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
‎12. Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct
Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, MIS or
related field.
- Minimum of ‎5 years of experience in the same or related field.

إدارة ودعم أحمال عمل Azure وبيئة Office ‎365، بما في ذلك Exchange Online
وSharePoint Online وOneDrive وMicrosoft Teams.
‎3. خبرة في تنفيذ وتشغيل Nutanix Hyperconverged وغيرها من حلول المحاكاة
الافتراضية أو الحاويات
‎4. التفاعل بشكل وثيق مع الإدارات الداخلية لتحديد وفهم سد الفجوات بين احتياجات
العمل ووظائف التطبيقات الهامة، وتحديد المشكلات وتحديد المتطلبات وإنشاء حلول
لتلبية احتياجات العمل بالتعاون مع مديري الأقسام المعنيين.
‎5. تأكد من أن جميع الخوادم وأنظمة الأجهزة الأخرى قد تم تصحيحها في الوقت
المناسب وأنها آمنة للغاية باستخدام أدوات الحماية القياسية الصناعية مثل مكافحة
الفيروسات وجدار الحماية وما إلى ذلك.
‎6. المساعدة في تحليل المتطلبات وتطوير التصاميم الوظيفية والتقنية التي توضح
بالتفصيل حلول النظام التي تلبي المتطلبات المحددة من قبل المستخدم، وتنفيذ
البرامج والتوصية بضوابط النظام والبروتوكولات لحل المشكلات والمتطلبات بشكل
فعال.
‎7-أداء جميع الواجبات المساندة التي ينطوي عليها تركيب وصيانة واختبار وأنظمة
المعلومات المحوسبة الهاجري بما في ذلك جميع محطات عمل الكمبيوتر والأجهزة
الطرفية، ومعدات الشبكات، وأنظمة الهاتف، والبرامج المستخدمة من قبل جميع
الإدارات.
‎8. الاستجابة لطلبات المساعدة من مستخدمي النظام وحل مشكلات العمليات واستكشاف
الأخطاء وإصلاحها وتحليل وحل الأنظمة المعقدة وأنظمة البريد الإلكتروني الداخلية
والإنترنت ومشكلات التطبيقات.
‎9. إجراء الاختبارات التشخيصية والصيانة المطلوبة لأجهزة النظام.
‎10. المساعدة في الحفاظ على العلاقات مع موردي البرامج وترقية الأنظمة حيث يتم
إصدار تصحيحات جديدة أو ترقيات للنظام من قبل المورد.
‎11. تحديد فرص التحسين المستمر للأنظمة والعمليات والممارسات مع مراعاة أفضل
الممارسات وتحسين العمليات التجارية وخفض التكاليف وتحسين الإنتاجية.
‎12. أداء الواجبات الأخرى المتعلقة بالوظيفة التي يكلفها بها المدير المباشر.
