Payroll Officer
About the job
Responsibilities:
Perform all HR operations including but not limited to handling payroll
calculations, conducting investigations, determining disciplinary actions to
be taken, preparing HR letters, announcements, performance management
(appraisals, objective setting), etc. in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure successful and accurate closing of the payroll on a monthly basis,
audit payroll changes (salaries/ benefits increments, deductions, invoices...)
and provide up-to-date information to finance
department for the processing of payroll on a timely manner.
Collecting daily, weekly, and monthly employee timesheets.
Entering new employee data into the company database.
Calculating employee benefits and deductions.
Preparing employee compensation Salaries using payroll software.
Preparing payroll reports.
Responding to employee questions about compensation, benefits, and deductions.
Develop content and communication material targeting to increase the
effectiveness and impact of employee
engagement efforts while ensuring that all developed content is in-line with
corporate value.
Delegate responsibilities and assign tasks to subordinates (Coordinators) to
facilitate performing different tasks
and work-related activities.
Perform other job-related duties and Prepare reports for all HR activities as
requested by direct manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, HR or any related
field
2-3 year experience in the same field
Experience in using Menaitech HR system is a plus
Knowledgeable on local labor law
Detail - oriented
Excellent time-management skills
