Engineering
Reports to: CEO
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. He/she is the officer in charge for
design, incorporate and build a transportation company.
His/Her main responsibilities are:
a. Design, incorporate and build a Transportation Company to give primarily
delivery capabilities to the Cement Company, but open to service other
customer.
b. Design and manage company set up, including a workshop and base station for
a vehicle fleet
c. Recruit the Transport team
d. Responsible in front of the board of P &L of the company.
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized university
* MBA or equivalent knowledge of finance terms.
* 5 - 10 years experience.
* Logistics experiences of at least 2 years
* Technical background
* Dynamic and young minded
* Excellent technological comprehension: must be highly skilled in Excel/Word/Power Point/Internet/SAP. Knowledge of other related software will be an asset.
* Experience in Multinational company will be an Asset
* Use discretion and maintains high level of confidentiality.
* Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
* Effective planning and organizational skills
* Excellent language skills in English and Arabic, fluent spoken and written, language skills in Spanish IS A MUST
* Proactive and flexible.
* Capable to establishing relations at all levels.
