Position Title: Sales Executive
Location: Egypt (responsible for North Africa- Egypt, Morocco, Algeria,
Libya and Tunisia)

Job Purpose:
This role is that of Sales Executive covering North Africa for the
Cardiometabolic Business Unit of Abbott Rapid Diagnostics, reporting to the
Commercial Director Middle East & North Africa.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* To deliver short- & long-term volume, sales, profit & market share goals by maintaining the current business and seeking new opportunities to grow the business
* Responsible for implementing pricing strategies.
* Work closely and provide direction to distributors.
* Provide support to both Public and private customers.
* Ensure current customers continue to be well-served on the ground whilst utilizing shared functional services to their maximum
* Develop & lead the execution of strategy with an awareness of multiple parameters and key performance indicators
* Collaborate with all other functions to ensure strategies are aligned & corporate programs are delivered.
* Development and maintenance of the Abbott Vision, with continual review and maintenance of organizational strategic objectives, by aligning functional objectives with organizational objectives
* To work within and demonstrate behaviors aligned with our culture and values.
* Ensure the Commercial operation is compliant with all relevant legal, regulatory.
QUALIFICATIONS and Experience:
* Bachelor 's/Master's Degree in Medical/Biomedical background or other science related field
* 5 years' experience in a similar role specifically within Medical or Pharmaceutical ( IVD background would be preferred.)
* Experience have managed distributors as well as worked with Key stake holders in MOH and the military is essential.
* French speaking, in addition to Arabic would be advantageous.
