Job Description
* Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
* Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
* Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements & needs
* Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on the provided services
* Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
* Ensure that all customer accounts are handled within the requirements and to the standards
* Identify service improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
* Aim to achieve monthly or annual targets
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in languages, translation, or any similar field
* At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Telesales, or B2B sales is a must
* Excellent command of the English language.
* Must be able to demonstrate exceptional personal & customer service skills.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
* Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
