BUSINESS AREA
Working as a key member of the HR Services Team based, we are looking for an
HR professional who can provide a trusted and quality HR advisory service by
resolving low to medium complexity HR queries and issues through HR case
management system (Service Now) in respect of various global and local HR
policies and processes, as defined in the Global HR Services service
catalogue.
What you 'll do
* People Services (HR) Advisor will provide guidance and coaching to managers and HR colleagues on all HR policies, processes and programs. The role may also have specialist knowledge in a particular Human Resources functional area. Process and project involvement for the role may vary due to local country needs.
* HR Advisors collaborates with HRBPs to support business leaders and line managers, and tailor HR support to local requirements and business priorities.
* The role proactively supports and engage with managers giving advice and guidance on issues relating to their employees
Service delivery:
* Provide guidance and coaching to managers and HR colleagues on all HR policies, processes and programs.
* Drive yearly plan of promoting HR Operating Model, coaching employees to use the right channels and HR teams to receive the support they need
* Work collaboratively with colleagues located in Global and Regional HR Center and other HR Services teams in other countries to improve the employee experience
* Handle different Workday business processes for the assigned account, Example: (hiring, job change, termination, compensation changes, OM changes)
* Manage saving fund related activities and make sure process is applied and compliant with company 's' practices and policies.
Manage monthly payroll activities as follows:
* Ensure Workday is updated with new entries/changes before payroll cut-off date
* Payroll Revisions and feedback to payroll provider
* Follow up and respond to payroll vendor queries timely
* Commit to payroll cycle calendar and push stockholders to commit as well
* Ensure non-workday data to be shared with payroll provider before the first run
* Ensure maintaining payroll accuracy at ‎100%
* Respond to employees ' payroll related queries
* Early communicating payroll deductions with employees
* Work with HRBPs to support business leaders and line managers to assist in annual people processes and to understand business priorities and tailor HR support to local requirements.
* Deliver generalist HR support, acting as a key point-of-contact for provision of professional advice and support to a range of HR activities and programs
* Assist reward leads in reward related activities, annual reward cycle, periodic promotion cycles.
* Generate custom data analytics for Workforce Diversity & Turnover trends and others to support HRBPs & HRDs with business imperatives, aligned to global Data Management and Reporting frameworks
* Provide HR Generalist support for business change, based on strategic guidance and direction by HR Business Partners and business leaders
* Ensure HR policies and processes are always updated on company internal portal "ASK AZ", identifying areas for enhancement and making recommendations for change.
* Develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders to ensure that the right level of service is delivered and that employees have the right level of expectations.
Continuous improvement:
* Champion self-service opportunities, working closely with HRBPs and other relevant stakeholders to implement and drive utilization of self-service by employees and Line Managers.
* Identify areas of improvement and collaborate with local and global teams to introduce digital/simplification initiatives to improve process flow or employee experience.
* Supports deployment of global projects in country, along with the support for ongoing HR local projects
* Identify initiatives / good practice which could be scaled more broadly (i.e. across countries) and Work with Global HR Services colleagues to actively listen to and propose improved ways of working and work with relevant stakeholders to translate into actionable change.
* Support continuous improvement projects as assigned and ensure completion of activities on time

Applicants should possess the following qualifications to go through
initial screening:

* Two to four years of experience in HR function with HR operations experience.(MNCs ' experience is a privilege)
* Previous experience in managing payroll activities
* Fluent spoken and written English and local language
* Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
* Ability to prioritize activities and multi-task in order to meet goals and deadlines
* Able to work independently and take accountability for the quality of personal outputs and success and drive projects to deliver results.
* Experience of working in a customer service environment and of having worked in a technology driven environment
* Demonstrated strong interpersonal, service minded, verbal (phone) and written communication, as well as active listening skills to handle a volume of inbound inquiries from employees/customers; position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy
* Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information
* Experience in using of query ticketing tools & AZ HR systems (Workday experience)
* Knowledge in country HR legislation, AZ policy and processes
* Detail orientated with high learning agility and work in a cloud-based solution
* Experience in a similar role managing systems and understanding of common service center enabling technologies is a plus.
