Role purpose
End-to-end configuration and provisioning of SD-WAN service.
Provide 2nd level support for SD-WAN cases to solve complex problems.
Ensuring network infrastructure is working at optimal levels.
Opening cases and following up with vendors and internal teams.
Apply regular security vulnerabilities & hardening patching for service
components
Testing and validating new software releases and edges over a dedicated
testing environment
Core competencies, knowledge and experience.
At least 6 years of Network operation technical experience.
At least 3 years' experience in SD-WAN using Cisco or VMware solutions.
Can act as technical escalation point for major/complex issues or projects
as well as provide technical advices to team members.
Strong Linux knowledge (RHCSA /LFCS or equivalent )
CCNP certification.
Knowledge in new networking technologies like SDN, uCPE, NFV,SASE,..
Good knowledge in Virtualization and cloud technologies.
Personal Skills
Ability to establish rapport, credibility and influence others to achieve
results across a large matrixed organization.
Able to identify and explain challenges to both technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
Self-motivated, works well in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of
ownership and accountability.
