Role purpose
* End-to-end configuration and provisioning of SD-WAN service.
* Provide 2nd level support for SD-WAN cases to solve complex problems.
* Ensuring network infrastructure is working at optimal levels.
* Opening cases and following up with vendors and internal teams.
* Apply regular security vulnerabilities & hardening patching for service components
* Testing and validating new software releases and edges over a dedicated testing environment.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience.
* At least 6 years of Network operation technical experience.
* At least 3 years' experience in SD-WAN using Cisco or VMware solutions.
* Can act as technical escalation point for major/complex issues or projects as well as provide technical advices to team members.
* Strong Linux knowledge (RHCSA /LFCS or equivalent )
* CCNP certification.
* Knowledge in new networking technologies like SDN, uCPE, NFV,SASE,..
* Good knowledge in Virtualization and cloud technologies.
* Good knowledge of network design concepts, topology and restructuring techniques.
Personal Skills
* Ability to establish rapport, credibility and influence others to achieve results across a large matrixed organization.
* Able to identify and explain challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Self-motivated, works well in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
