Job Description
The Programs Associate will implement all of EFE-Egypt training programs. They
will be responsible for coordinating with various departments to ensure that
all EFE-Egypt programs are implemented in a high-quality, efficient, and
timely manner. They will assist all EFE-Egypt's participant sourcing efforts
and oversee the screening and selection process.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree (business administration, public administration or political science degree preferred);
* Two years of work experience, preferably in the development sector;
* Previous project management experience is a preferred;
* Ability to travel throughout Egypt when necessary;
* Advanced English and Arabic written and oral communication skills;
* Highly self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented;
* Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
* Flexibility and agility in meeting daily work demands;
* Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Windows and Office).
