Project Engineer (Rail)
Permanent contract
Egis Cairo is looking for a Project Engineer specialised in Rail projects to
join the team in Cairo. The Project Engineer will have broad experience in
project controls (cost, planning, and reporting) for complex infrastructure
projects and a good knowledge of contractual aspects of the projects.
The Project Engineer Rail will be working from the Technical Office Rail in
New Cairo and will under supervision of the Technical Office Lead support the
Egis Rail activities within Egypt which will include ongoing rail project
execution and the preparation of technical proposals for future rail projects.
Their main tasks will be:
* Cost control of ongoing projects;
* Contractual follow-up of projects, with the support of the Egis legal department;
* Staffing/mobilization for new and ongoing projects;
* Prepare internal reporting documents for senior management;
* Preparation of Proposals;
* Assist project teams to monitor the progress of rail related design and/or construction supervision projects and prepare regular progress reports as required by the Clients / Egis Management;
* Support technical teams in developing project related documentation.
