Job Purpose
The Corporate Communications Manager supports the development and execution
of internal and external communication strategies to support the HEINEKEN
EverGreen ‎2025 ambition and drive growth across ABC.

Duties and Responsibilities
Internal Communication
* Drive the internal communications strategy for EverGreen ‎2025 to inform and engage employees, facilitating their contribution towards the growth and future successes of the business.
* Execute communication programs that energize the organization and activate leaders and employees, and that are effective in reinforcing the desired culture and organizational image.
* Support key cross-functional change programs to help deliver EverGreen ‎2025 (e.g. Consumer Centricity, I&D, Mental Health, Digital Transformation, etc.)
* Drive the execution of the Business Townhalls - work with senior stakeholders to setup relevant and engaging content, design materials, develop innovative formats and oversee production crews (when and where needed) to ensure a seamless experience.
* Shaping & delivering communication and engagement plans and programs to support the Leadership Team in driving change and embedding the EverGreen strategy across all functions.
* Work closely with colleagues in other functions to ensure the delivery of accurate, consistent, and impactful messages and cascades to all employees.
* Shape & deploy a Change Management capability building program to drive cultural change across ABC in partnership with the relevant People managers
* Propose and implement opportunities for continuous improvement of tools and plan for change activities in a structured and consistent way as per best practice standards.
* Create the corporate communication calendar and drive key communication moments for the Leadership Team. This calendar includes but is not limited to Workplace engagement
* Identify requirements for crisis management and business continuity
* Implement appropriate metrics that can evaluate and gauge the effectiveness and impact of the internal communication strategy and its components to allow continuous improvement.

External Communication
* Develop social media strategies and programs to advance corporate messages to external stakeholders.
* Develop strategies, initiatives and content for the corporate website and related assets.
* Promotes ABC externally through social media and sponsorships.
* Supports in the implementation of an employees' advocacy program to align employees on corporate key messages and when and how to share them externally for maximum impact
* Supports Brand PR Campaigns working closely with Marketing and Commercial Teams internally and media and social media agencies externally
* Supports in setting up and implementing a clear external engagement plan to build the desired reputation for the Company as an employer of choice.
* Ensures the adherence to the corporate visual identity guidelines internally and externally
* Supports the execution of mandatory crisis simulations and reputation research as per the Global calendar

Education & Experiences
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mass Comms
Years of Experience: ‎3-‎5 years of relevant experience preferably in FMCGs.
Qualifications & Other Requirements
* Excellent command of English Language
* Skills in Microsoft (Excel & PowerPoint) and Power Bi is a plus
