Job Purpose
To achieve company customer service and distribution objectives by assuring on
time and stable supply of products to our wholesalers with optimized cost and
right documentation to achieve company target as well as managing the reverse
logistics processes
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight for all the outbound orders & reverse logistics at 3PL on daily basis.
* Ensure all customers orders prioritized to meet on time in full (OTIF) delivery to achieve company targets due dates.
* Monitoring, alerting, escalation and mitigation of delivery issues.
* Execute wholesaler's sales returns by preparing the required returns documentation; obtain the necessary approvals and system Execution till Credit note issuance.
* Responsible for customer claims management (expiry, damage, complaints, etc)
* Facilitate collection process by collecting the stamped invoices, preparing compensates customer's bonus to reconcile the outstanding balances of wholesalers on time with Finance department.
* Contribute to team efforts by working professionally with Finance, IT, Planning and commercial groups to achieve targets.
* Preparing the required reports & KPI's and send it to the customer interface managers like (backorder - under shipping - and stocks) reports.
* Drive continuous improvement and cost saving within the department, train and support team member to actively participate on CI projects
* Monitor adherence to quality systems & ensuring compliance with various service Levels, quality standards & maintaining requisite documents.
* Contribute to team efforts by working professionally with Finance and commercial groups to achieve targets.
* Develop strong working relationships and leverage the networking benchmark through
* Adhere to company quality, EHS & compliance policies, and procedures

Education and Experience:
* Bachelor of Commerce, Logistics or any relevant discipline
* ‎3 Years' experience in similar field
* Computer and analytical skills
* Excellent SAP Experience is a must for O2C-SD Module
