What you'll achieve
As a Business Operations Analyst, you will collaborate with our customers to
define business requirements while providing solutions and tools that
strengthen business processes. You will define objectives based on end-user
needs and identify the organization's strengths, finding ways to use that
knowledge to maximize opportunities. You will understand business implications
of solutions and identify best practices, communicating them to drive
knowledge management initiatives.
You will:
* Support Dell Technologies customers to enable services support and connectivity administration
* Be Acting primarily in a 1st line support capacity to support Dell Technologies customers over chat and ticketing system to manage their assets and entitlements through license transfer, exchange, ownership holds and asset data corrections
* Assist with projects assigned to the team
* The role is varied and requires a real team player who has the ability to manage their time efficiently and prioritize or escalate technical issues to ensure a prompt closure.
* Be Daily monitoring of the chat logging system.
* Be Providing 1st line technical support, responding to support queries.
* Be maintaining a high degree of customer service when responding to support issues.
* Be taking ownership of support issues and seek closure ensuring all relevant support procedures are followed.
* Be responsible of Escalation of more complex chats to the relevant support team member.
* Be working on Installation configuration and deployment of new and existing hardware/software in line with defined procedures.
* Be Diagnosing and resolving technical issues

Here's what we are looking for with this role:

Essential Requirements
* Basic understanding of knowledge management methodologies, application and tools
* Basic knowledge of business processes
* Ability to work independently to initiate preliminary studies
* Bachelor' degree (Information Technology, computer science, engineering, or any Related Field)
* Acting primarily in a 1st line support capacity, resolving issues over the chat, Phone or by remote access.
* The role is varied and requires a real team player who has the ability to manage their time efficiently and prioritize or escalate technical issues to ensure a prompt closure.
* Daily monitoring of the chat logging system.

Desirable Requirements
* Chinese or Japanese language is preferable
* Facilitation skills within small groups
* Local networking skills
