Graduate - Ecommerce Merchandising

Enable Ecommerce Marketing acceleration with our partnered retailers by
planning and executing best in class marketing activities and initiatives.
You are responsible for
* Daily management of Philips partnered ecommerce platforms.
* Coordinating with external agencies to secure proper planning and execution of e-trade.
* Advertising activities aligned with the annual D2C strategy and KPIs.
* Manage & implement activities such as brand store creation, A+ content implementation, and Buy-buttons implementation.
* Coordinating with Philips sales, marketing, trade marketing, IT and external stakeholders (marketing agencies).
* Data analysis & insights - daily, monthly & quarterly reviews as set our by the D2C Team Lead.
* Advocating best practices, researches and trends/opportunities for increased online sales.
You are a part of
A team of experienced digital activation and e-commerce professionals. You
will interact closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales departments to
understand business objectives and develop solutions. You will also be
expected to work regularly with digital media & creative agencies to execute
& optimize the plans to enable the overall digital and ecommerce
transformation in the business.
To succeed in this role, you 'll need a customer-first attitude and the
following
* Bachelor or master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Ecommerce or other relevant major for this role
* Max 2 years of experience in Ecommerce/Digital Marketing
* MS Office, specifically Excel, PP, and Outlook
* Practical knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Brand Store creation
* Understanding of driving traffic through various digital channels (SEM, Social, Proragmmatic, Partnerships, etc.)
* Excellent communication, analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with strong customer focus experience
* Proactive attitude at work, passionate, eager to learn and further develop yourself
* Fluent English and Arabic local, French is a plus
