Your Day to Day
As Human Resources Intern, you will assist HR Department in managing the day
to day administrative operations in Human Resources office. You will
learn/assist to carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas:
Human Resource Information, systems, compensation, benefits, and employee
relations.
Some of your main role responsibilities are:
* Prepares administrative works that are required for any colleague welfare activities in the company.
* Maintain HR related records in personnel files and Civil Soft in a timely manner that meets management information needs at any point of time.
* Approve leave requests after considering peaks and troughs in the business.
* Regularly communicate with colleagues to maintain positive relationships.
* Coordinates colleagues' issues effectively and efficiently that will not obstruct colleagues to be successful in assisting our guests.
* Counsel colleagues and potential colleagues on plan provisions as per regulated so that individuals can make informed decisions on benefits.
* Comply and supports IHG Human Rights Policy, IHG Foundation, IHG Green Engage, IHG Code of Ethics and Business Conduct when administrating all HR tasks.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience
we're looking for:
* Bachelor's Degree or similar qualification in Human Resources/Organizational Development or related field is required.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality to the extent possible in all Human Resources-related matters.
* Fluency in English, Other languages preferred.
* Basic computer skills
