Hiring a Sales Executive for Sharjah.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establishing new business with potential customers and areas and achieving the monthly/annual set sales targets.
* Conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
* Negotiating orders & contracts with customers.
* Attending customer complaints & quality concerns and resolving them along with Quality / Operations.
* Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing it with the team internally.
* Participating in trade Exhibitions and fairs.
* Following-up payments and collections with customers.
* Promote/sell orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
* Develops clear and effective written sales proposals for current and prospective customers.
* Please show products and services to existing /potential customers and help them in selecting the best suited for their needs.
* Plan and organize personal sales strategy for maximising the sales revenue for the territory/segment.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree preferably in Sales and Marketing.
* Minimum four years of experience in the sales field.
* Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail & organized.
* Presentable.
* Excellent customer service and sales skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP.
