exciting journey. We are currently recruiting for a People Operations
Executive as part of our expanding People Team in Saudi. Job Duties and
Responsibilities: Maintain employment records, such as joining dates,
terminations, leaves, transfers, and promotions, using our internal HRM
system. Provide new employees with employee contracts and other staff-related
documents Ensure that all government documents are submitted via the
appropriate channels Obtain and submit all necessary information regarding
GOSI, medical insurance, Iqama, and new visas as soon as possible Compliance
with Saudi Labor Law and internal policies and procedures should be ensured at
all levels of the People office Assure timely processing of payroll by
compiling and maintaining accurate data Ensure that final settlements for
leaving team members are accurate and processed in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Must be a Saudi National 1 - 3 years experience in an HR Operations Executive
role in a SME Must have excellent communications skills - English and Arabic
Experience working in a retail or tech organization is strongly preferred Must
have up to date knowledge of Saudi Government Regulations & Labor Laws Must
be able to multitask Strong experience with Iqama processing, expat visa
processing, GOSI and medical insurance
