We are looking for a People & Culture Operations Executive to ensure P&C
Operations excellence across the SNZMP Site whilst providing administrative
support to deliver the SNZMP P&C Plan.
Role Accountabilities:
*
Process employee 's payroll, leaves, letters, insurance & healthcare in an
efficient, accurate & timely manner ensuring compliance by following policies
and procedures requirements.
* Maintaining employee records physically and on the system (MYFonterra/ESS) ensuring financial, legal, administrative and audit regulations.
* Responsible for managing local government recruitment portals, shortlisting, and scheduling of interviews.
* Full ownership of end-to-end onboarding and offboarding check list, ensuring a great experience for employees from start to finish.
* Planning and execution of SNZMP Social Calendar & other company events
* Responsible for all company announcements related to people movements, public holidays, process changes etc.
* Provide accurate data reporting for reward, policy, analytics, audit, and business partnering requirements in a timely manner
You would possess the following:
* BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field
* 5+ years experience in a People & Culture role preferably within a similar industry
* Deep and broad knowledge of generalist HR processes gained in a large, dynamic organisation
* Good knowledge of labor legislation
