This internationally recognised innovative organisation is seeking a Head of
GCC & KSA to join their rapidly expanding business.
Role responsibilities:
If successful, you will focus on promoting and expanding the commercial
activity of our client which will generate revenues and lead to sustainable
growth. You will also be responsible for the following:
* Retaining and developing business relationships with existing key clients and partners as well as potential customers to introduce services, products and sign new agreements
* Seeking new business development growth opportunities and conduct internal due diligence studies
* Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to upkeep revenue growth and market share captivation
* Creating a budget plan and forecast updates to maintain growth through delivery of volumes, revenue, margin, and profit contribution targets
* Following current and changing market trends, IP laws and regulatory legislation
* Building, developing, managing, enhancing the sales and operations' team capabilities and achieve targets
What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone with significant leadership/managerial experience
within Business Development (10 years +) in the Pharmaceutical industry (20+
years) including experience within Generics Pharmaceuticals. They should have
a Bachelor 's degree in a Life Science role and an MBA or Master's in
Marketing. Additionally, they must possess great working knowledge of
regulatory and legal context, an entrepreneurial mindset and great leadership
skills, commercial awareness, and strategic mindset.
Flexibility to travel (50%) is also necessary for this role.
