Job Summary
The TPM would be responsible for end-to-end delivery of the projects which he/
she will be managing.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in the business requirement reviewing stage, identify the completeness of the business requirements, and challenge the PO/BA to add any missing requirements or bridge any business gaps in the requirements.
* Work closely with the Solutions Architect to facilitate his work to deliver the HL solutions design on time.
* Collect the effort estimation and the dependencies from the impacted systems' technical owners and build up the entire project schedule plan.
* Lead the execution of the plan and help the different team members in removing any impediments.
* Coordination between all impacted systems' teams.
* Managing the project's risks and issues.
Essential Skills:
* Strong proven experience in managing IT projects in big enterprises.
* Experience managing IT projects which integrating many systems together.
* Technical background.
* Familiarity with common banking enterprise services/Systems (Core Banking, Bank Channels "Digital & Others", Treasury, Cards, Payments, System Integration, Open APIs, ...).
Nice to Have Skills
* Experience working in SOA environment is a plus.
* Experience working in integration projects with third parties is a plus.
* PMP Certificate is a plus.
* Agile Certificate(s) is a plus.
* Experience in Saudi market is a plus.
