Coordinates and ensures the effective provision of administrative support
within the plant or Business unit
Main Tasks
1. Ensure adherence to local laws and regulations in all personnel actions.
2. Conduct investigations of employee complaints, document findings. Analyze
situation for potential liability and forward it for legal consultation if
necessary.
3. Assist in the implementation of the exit interviews for leaving staff and
direct all contractual obligations and settle all respective terms to ensure
full legal and contractual protection for TAI Business unit.
4. Facilitate communication of new and revised HR programs and policies to
business unit for implementation and compliance.
5. Process claims of employees for business trips, medical, tuition fees, and
all other approved claims.
6. Receive and review medical invoices from authorized service providers and
process for payment if they comply with company policy.
7. Arrange for the new employees accommodations and other logistics.
8. Oversee all employees disciplinary actions as per HR Policy & make sure
that they are updated to the data base
9. Manage the travel and transportation arrangement for employees, liaise
with the booking agent or travel agencies.
10. Maintain data entry activities to ensure all documents related to the
plant employees correctly entered and processed on the SAP system.
11. Contribute to the development of HR /Admin Policies, Procedures, and
Guidelines, and participate in overseeing their implementation to ensure that
all procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a high
quality and cost-effective service to internal customers.
12. Generate regular and special reports for the management that summarize
and forecast Admin business activities and financial position of the
implementation and acceptance section and escalate critical issues
Education & Experience
* Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management or any related field preferable Bachelor Degree
* Must have at least 1-3 years' of relevant experience
