Cisco Network Firewall Admin Support
* Location: Riyadh (onsite)
* Shift Timings: Rotational Shift; ready to work in 24x7 environments
GENERAL
* Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
* Responsible for resolving all technical incidents escalated by the L-‎1 team
* Production Support: handle inquiries and resolve issues
* Determine gaps in procedures/processes and come up with suggestions/recommendation for process improvement
* Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (a combination of education and experience will be considered).
* High interpersonal skills and communication skills both written and oral
* Basic level of Arabic communication skills
TECHNICAL SKILLS
* The skills listed below are representative of the knowledge and skills required.
* Strong knowledge in CISCO, Checkpoint, Palo Alto Firewall
* Strong knowledge in switching & routing
* Knowledge in NetBrain is an added advantage
* Should be capable to manage & support for Firewall / VPN / Switches & & Network automation tools
* Good understanding of Cisco security ASA firewall, IPS firepower module.
* Hands on and troubleshooting knowledge of Network security device (i.e Firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS, WAF etc)
* Experience in Firewall explicit rule, IPS/IDS policy implementation and finetuning
* Good product knowledge of other leading manufacturers Checkpoint, Fortinet devices
* Good to have CCNA security or SNCF level certification
* Manage and maintain the Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless, Access point & servers, etc.
* Identify requirements, design documents, and implement technical solutions for scalable and resilient national network architecture
* To develop contingency/fail-over network systems to ensure network performance and customer service satisfaction
* Conversant in best practice appropriate to network design and security.
* Configure and troubleshoot Cisco, Arista and Juniper Router and switches.
* In-depth technical knowledge and practical experience of BGP, OSPF, and/or ISIS routing protocols, MPLS, L2TP, MPLS, QoS, peering and transit.
* Expertise in network architecture and capacity planning, utilizing SDH/SONET, Ethernet, fiber /WDM.
* Knowledge of routing protocols and network security design and implementations for BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, L3 VPN) OMP, IDS/IPS, NAT/PAT, DNAT, SNAT, IPSEC tunnels, VPN, FHRP, VRRP, STP, PVST, RSTP, split tunneling, underlay and overlay routing.
* Monitor and communicate progress against milestones, taking proactive remedial action where necessary.
