Job Description


Role Purpose:
To provide a competent, courteous, efficient and proactive response to all
calls that come to BUPA Arabia internally and externally, with a high level of
quality that is in line to the image & standards of BUPA.


Key Accountabilities:
‎1- Calls handling
* Provide a high level of customer service and professional communication skills
* Keep records of calls placed and received, and of related toll charges
* Offer special assistance to persons such as those who are unable to dial or who are in emergency situations
* Send notification email in case of no answer and follow up
* Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and sorting mail.
* Escalates complaints to proper channels

Skills:
* Customer Service, Call Center Agent, ability to communicate clearly, read and write effectively; in English and Arabic.
* Able to multitask and work well under stress
* Strong trouble shooting, problem-solving and analytical skills
