Qualification**
* BSc degree in relevant field (Business Administration, Engineering Management, Law).
* 10 years of experience working as Contracts Manager in the construction or engineering business.
* Excellent knowledge of procurement and contracting policies and procedures (KSA public procurement law)
* Deep knowledge of contacts and purchase order terms and conditions (FIDIC)
* Extensive knowledge in contract and supplier relationship management
* Strong negotiation skills
* Highly effective verbal and written communication skills (Arabic and English)
* Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PPT)
