Responsibilities:
* Claim avoidance services
* Claim preparation /defense services including: preparation of claim analysis, and the preparation of the interim, detailed & final claim particulars, provide defense advice.
* Claim settlement services.
* Claim resolution strategies including:
a) commercial discussion
b) final account preparation & negotiation
c) negotiation support services
d) third-party independent assessment & determinations
e) Change order analysis and quantification
f) Contract default & termination
g) Damage calculations & assessments including: analyzing and quantifying
direct and indirect cost damages flowing form issue and impacts incurred on
construction projects and productivity loss analysis
h) schedule delay, disruption & acceleration analysis.
Skills/competencies:
* Strong background in variations, changes orders, and contract administration
* Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills
* Strong written and oral English communication
* Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels in order to negotiate win-win situations
