About the Role
A Field Business Development Administration Assistant that will work at
Lockheed Martin office in Riyadh supporting for Business Development
activities such as proofing, editing, composing, and compiling material used
in the preparation and delivery of client proposals. Reports primarily to the
Business Development Director, who supervises the BD function, but may also
work with other company team members, engineers and others involved at various
times with BD activity.


Specific responsibilities include:
* Responsible for administration support duties in a field office.
* Coordinates, interprets, and implements policies and procedures that effect the field operation.
* coordinates the maintenance and security of field activities; and maintains equipment and supply requirements and office records.
* Serves as the secondary support in the pursuit and preparation of client RFP's and proposals, sometimes with tight deadlines and multiple projects in development.
* Collects, utilizes and manipulates graphic images and photographs for proposals, team resumes, and other marketing-related activities.
* Participates in marketing meetings, attends professional trade activities or such other duties as may occur while in the conduct of your duties.
* Support any request by the BD Director


Required skills, qualifications and experience
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor 's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Entry-level.
* Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships
* Adobe Acrobat
* Microsoft Office Suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint


Desired Skills
* Excellent English and Arabic language skills
* File organization, including electronic and hardcopy
* Modern office procedures, methods and computer equipment
