The opportunity
Project: This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in
Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development
including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated
infrastructure. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre
and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase
of the project.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Giving guidance and oversight to the team members, advising and collaborating with the client's senior management to set strategy, align expectations, and give a clear vision across the project.
* Assisting a high-performing team that strives for quality, safety, cost, and schedule improvements at every opportunity with all delivery partners.
* Providing assistance on the client's brief and delivery strategy, leading the design management, procurement, and execution of the scheme through the established supply chain partners.
* Assisting the project management strategy in line with the Mace Way and the client requirements.
* Working closely with the client, tenants, sub-consultants, and contractors to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
* Coordinating and managing multiple stakeholders and demonstrating the ability to build robust, long-term relationships and integrated teams.
* Ensuring that the highest standards of health and safety are considered a priority throughout all stages of the project's life cycle.
About you
You have a relevant degree qualification, master's preferred. You will take
personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of
professional qualification.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead
strong, motivated teams. You must have experience in programme or project
management equating quality and value with the individual client and be hungry
to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
