Job details

HR Services Specialist is the first tier of HR delivery for employees and
managers, responding to inquiries about policies, payroll, leaves, and HR
programs .
Manages day to day transactional execution of employee Human Resources
programs; Reviews, analyzes and applies company policies to determine
eligibility and partner with internal departments and 3rd Party Vendors for a
seamless delivery.
Analyzes basic time-keeping and absence management system(s) issues by
researching time entries and historical data; determines errors/corrections,
reviews Op-Co specific policies and makes appropriate updates/corrections;
Partners with appropriate departments to resolve.
Updates and maintains the HR system of record with all information pertaining
to an employee; Provides employee data/history from HR Management System for
all government and statutory requests.
Verifies the proper approvals are obtained for monetary transactions and
review colleagues' transactions for accuracy.
Provides timely and accurate communications to colleagues, managers, HR
Business Partners/Generalist and peers.
Reviews documentations for program related payments to ensure disbursements
are in compliance with company policy/regulations and laws.
Responsible for employee record retrieval and uploading documentation for
programs administered by HR Service Center.
We will count on you to:
* Maintain and update internal database and HR systems (absence management system, employee data integration, uploading employee 's documentation)
* Prepare and quality check of HR and payroll documents to the client or third parties
* Verify the proper approvals are obtained for monetary transactions
* Answer general inquiries and specific payroll questions
* End to End Payroll process and completion of the regulatory requirements.
* Support Workday users
Key Accountability Areas / Key Activities
* Administer and manage the HRS activities by practicing the Saudi Labour Law
* Apply Statutory Compliance as required by local by the Regulatory Authorities (Payroll best practice activities)
* Follow all relevant HR policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
* Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of HR systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
* Support the implementation and adherence to HR policies, processes, and operating procedures to others within Marsh
* Manage responses to inquiries, requests, generate life cycle letters to People Manager, Colleagues. or HRM,
* Coordinate operational activities, manage the leaves ' application, filling archive, and update medical insurance and life coverage
* Maintain the governmental portals needs and update employee/ organization data on-time
* Control, conserve and update the Employee Self-Services and Workday systems
* End to End payroll activities for Saudi Arabia
* Prepare and run the monthly payroll,
* Update the compensation data and upload for Bank approval
* Draft the End of Service calculation for employee's revision and acceptance, and submit to HRM for approval
* Upload GOSI data to the Social Security portal
Role Requirements:
* Saudi National ONLY
* Bachelor's degree, preferably with Finance/ Accounting major
* ‎2-‎4 years of experience in similar role
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
* Strong Computer and MS office skills
* Strong at time management
* Customer services Skills
* Good in conflict resolution
* Excellent numerical skills
* Ability to analyse data and track reports
