MENA HR Generalist - Saudi Arabia - Associate - Saudi Nationals only

Key responsibilities of the HR Generalist
* Partner closely with HRBAs as well as ED&SE team in Riyadh and Dubai to execute HR solutions based on business priorities;
* Foster a robust Risk & Control environment within HR disciplines partnering with regional and global functions as appropriate.
Key aspects of the role include but are not limited to:
* Partnership and Client Management:
* Establish & maintain strong relationships with HR colleagues locally and in the region
* Partner with various internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Audit, Legal)
* Provide contingency cover and support for ED&SE and HRBA team members in the MENA region
HR Systems and Applications
Risk Management & Regulatory Reporting:
Report any data privacy breaches and risk event items as soon as they occur
Project Management:
Work closely with local and EMEA based teams to deliver complex projects with focus on processes standardisation in alignment with overall firm's strategy
Records Management
Regional Metrics Reporting:
Wellness and Employee Engagement :
Qualifications:
* HR experience;
* Knowledge of local market, local employment laws and regulations, local culture;
* Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong working partnerships with clients and HR colleagues;
* Ability to manage a significantly busy agenda;
* Ability to manage confidential/ sensitive information
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, meet deadlines and juggle multiple tasks and demands simultaneously.
Skills:
* Numerical skills, attention to details;
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations using both qualitative and quantitative information;
* Clear communicator;
* PC skills in Excel, Word and Power Point ;
* Fluent in English and Arabic;
* Strong understanding of risk & controls, and knowledge of the local applicable regulations.
