Job Description
AECOM is currently seeking to hire an experienced Senior Advisor, Learning &
Development for a permanent opportunity to work with our HR function.Job
ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with business leaders to identify training
needs and make annual training plan.Coordinate with Leadership of all
functions to developing training plan to meet business objectives.Assist in
strategic planning of programs deployment.Maintain and update existing
e-learning materials in accordance with changing AECOM Saudi business
needs.Provide reports/analysis related to learning & development as well as
managing evaluation of course delivery, pre/post training course & training
hour records.Provide support and administration for face to face, online
training solutions and catalogue for AECOM Training Curriculum.Organize
training programs, including coach recruitment, participants communication,
on-site support, etc.Conduct training feedback report.Measure post-training
performance gaps to identify opportunities for continuous improvement with an
emphasis on achieving business results.Work with communications team for
promotions.Make annual training budget.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 4 years of experience focused largely in the
Training/L &D;/T&D; function of a large multinational corporation. PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS: Post-Graduation MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations/Training/
MBA from a reputed institute.Experience in training content
design.Demonstrated functional knowledge of training needs assessment,
conceptualization, design, development, delivery, pre-training knowledge
benchmarking, post-training evaluation.Possess strong and demonstrable
presentation and facilitation skills and be able to handle multiple
audiences.Strong project coordination skills and excellent interpersonal
skills.Proficient in both written and spoken English.
