Job Description

AECOM Arabia are currently seeking a Learning and Development Manager to join
our program management team. The L&D Manager would design, implement, and
manage comprehensive learning and development initiatives to enhance the
professional growth and skills of program personnel. Collaborate with the
stakeholders to identify training needs, develop training programs, and
evaluate their effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct a thorough training needs analysis for the program in collaboration with the stakeholders.
* Design and develop a robust learning and development framework, including training programs and resources.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts and external providers to deliver impactful learning experiences.
* Implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth transitions and job-specific training for new hires.
* Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars using diverse instructional techniques.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and metrics.
* Update and enhance training materials to align with program needs and industry best practices.
* Stay updated on learning and development trends and incorporate relevant advancements.
* Support talent development initiatives and provide guidance on individual and team learning plans.
* Prepare and present reports on learning and development activities to program stakeholders.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Training and Development, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
* ‎15 years of experience in designing and implementing learning and development programs.
* Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery techniques.
* Experience in conducting training needs assessments and developing competency frameworks.
* Familiarity with various learning modalities, including e-learning and blended learning approaches.
* Excellent project management skills to handle multiple initiatives.
* Effective communication and presentation skills for facilitating engaging training sessions.
