**S3 Inc. 's subsidiary company S3 International requires a senior level
site manager (Base Operations Site Manager Dirab) to support FMS government
contract in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
There is a HIRE-ON BONUS with this position.
Description:
Under general direction of the S3I Contract Program Manager, the Base
Operations Site Manager directs the day-to-day activities of the site's
operations and evaluates current and proposed systems, processes, and
procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Directs changes as necessary and oversees the design and implementation of new processes. Provides subject matter expertise based on experience in the aviation industry.
* Leads, mentors, and supervises the work of subordinate managers.
* Facilitates company goals by participating in strategic planning initiatives and aligning division strategies with internal resources.
* Directs the personnel, administrative, and financial functions for the division.
* Supervises, educate and coordinates the activities across the Aviation Directorate.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree (preferably in aviation management, airport operations, engineering and/or business administration); relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
* ‎12 years in aerospace industry, and minimum of ‎10 years of prior relevant experience.
* ‎5 years of diversified experience in airfields operations and/or aviation management.
* Previous US Military experience is desired.*
* Career record must include the demonstrated ability to work with and independently manage a multiple skilled work force on airfields.
* Airfield Management training, military or civilian technical school is required.
* Must be willing to deploy to Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a ‎12-month assignment and must be willing to work other than standard work schedule.
* Must also be willing to submit to a drug prevention screening test prior to deployment OCONUS.
* The ability to get a security clearance.
