Site Construction Manager, 50,000 to 55,000 SAR per month - Riyadh
Our client is a highly established organisation that provides some of the
world's most advanced, technology-led defence, aerospace and security
solutions. They are currently building a new Headquarters and require an
experienced Site Construction Manager to monitor and review the project.
Responsibilities
* Reviewing and Implementing construction drawings and calculations, approving material deliveries, reviewing and answering Request for information (RFI) forms and constantly reviewing the Construction Contractor's construction methods.
* Review the Construction Contractor's site generated data before releasing to the FM HQ Team.
* Monitor and review Construction Contractor's proposals and activities in respect of the programming and resourcing.
* Ensure that all Risks and Opportunities associated with the activities under their control are identified, communicated to the HoE, and that the necessary risk mitigation and opportunity realisation actions are identified and implemented.
* In liaison with the HoE and assurance , monitor on a regular basis the actual progress of the detail design against programmed start/finish dates.
Experience and qualifications
* Bachelors Engineering Degree in one of the Engineering Disciplines ( Mechanical, Electrical, Civil /Structural, Architectural).
* 15+ years of practical Construction Management Experience in Facility Projects.
* Chartered Engineer or equivalent and Registered in the SCE ( Saudi Council of Engineering ) as Engineer.
* Political and cultural awareness/ knowledge in areas relating to KSA business.
* Prior experience of working in KSA and GCC countries.
