This position is for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
In this position, you will get to:
* The holder of the position is responsible for leading the achieving Annual Plan /Budget for nVent Erico Brand Earthing & Lightening Protection Products in KSA reporting to Sales Manager of KSA/Kuwait/Egypt.
* Support to build and execute sales strategy for accelerated Growth of nVent Erico Grounding /Lightening Protection Products in Commercial buildings and Infrastructure Projects ,Major Project pursuits .
* Work with Major EPCs/MEP Contractors /End Clients in Industrial/Commercial Infrastructure Projects , OEMs , build up sustainable relationships and develop business
* Develop strong specifications with Major Consultants in KSA and support to build demand for nVent Erico & Eriflex products and Solutions.Work with major Consultants for Specifications development at the design stage
* Work Closely with ME team and global Application Engineers , Product management in EMEA /Europe/USA for developing right applications and product Mix.
* Achieve or exceed assigned sales and margin targets for the Region and Markets.
* Identify new growth opportunities in the assigned Territory
* Develop an understanding of market trends and the competitive environment
* Formally provide input on pricing, delivery and other sales influencing factors to Regional Business Unit
* Achieve Profit Margins for Line of Business and achieve price realization in line with the target
* Provide support to the Sales & Marketing team of existing and new distributors to be developed
* Be regular with SFDC updates, building new opportunity pipeline.
* Lead Customer consultations and negotiations.
* Communicate corporate and GBU direction
* Administration:
o Provide Sales opportunities and market/competitive analysis reports
o CRM
o Sales Forecasting
* As other organizational needs arise, he/she will accept other responsibilities/territories as may be assigned , besides the ones listed in this document. This could also include managing Sales resources within the assigned sales territory
* Informs his line Managers about all situations, developments and occurrences which are important for the superior or are requested by him, as well as about all upcoming decisions which require his approval
YOU HAVE:
* Academic background in Bachelor Degree in Electrical from reputed University/Institution
* Previous experience in or with ‎7-‎10 years of experience in Sales and Business development experience in Projects Sales and in particular Prescription work with Major consultants in KSA in field of Low Voltage Switchgear / Sales and Earthing / Lightening Products /Surge Protections
* Skills

Arabic speaking will be an advantage though
