Overview
* New role to lead the PMO for the Saudi strategy 2026, across the total PepsiCo portfolio in Saudi Arabia
* The role will lead the coordination of all the workstreams (across R &D, marketing, commercial, talent, legal, ppgacoms) to ensure execution, costing, KPI tracking
* Role is accountable to drive the strategy forward, the meeting cadence, follow up, regular reporting to amesa EC on progress
* Role will also have P&L responsibility fo the e-com channel in KSA, across PepsiCo or NRM function
Responsibilities
* Ensure the successful implementation of the strategy: goals, plans, responsibilities, deliverables and budget/cost
* Define and embed project control and governance
* Monitor Programme reporting and report to Senior Management/relevant stakeholders
* Manage and compile Programme related financial and KPI information
* Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses to support business development and the implementation of projects/actions
* Provide and maintain capacity planning and resource tracking service across the programme
* Update and maintain the risk log, action log, decisions log, and issue log
* Ensure cross-programme dependencies are managed
* Provide Project planning, Milestone management, Scope management, Resource forecasting; Financial Management; Change Management across the project portfolio
* Prepare regular status reporting to all levels of the business
* Ensure efficient change management methods and process are implemented and effective
* Lead "lessons learned" regularly
Qualifications
* Experience from mgt consulting and/or strategy/transformation function in an MNC
* Must have worked in an international company
* App 10-15 years of working experience
