currently looking for a Human Resources Intern who is passionate about
supporting our internal employees. Are you are determined, pro-active,

We will count on you to:




  • Support the HR team to respond to internal ad-hoc HR related inquiries for our colleagues in Jordan and Saudi Arabia




  • Track all employee leaves including sick and maternity leave




  • Support Talent Acquisition in our recruitment/hiring process and new joiner set-up




  • Prepare for contingent worker onboarding




  • Track new employee probation period and inform the managers




  • Prepare letters for employees and authenticate in chamber of commerce if needed.




  • Ensure that medical insurance enrollments are processed in a timely manner, be a part of the medical insurance renewal process, and support in regular communication with employees in case of any issues with the insurance company




What you need to have:




  • Bachelor 's Degree in business administration, Human Resources or any relevant Major.




  • Good organization & time management skills.




  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, an ability to learn quickly, think creatively and critically, as well as having proactive problem-solving skills.




  • Superior organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities whilst working to changing deadlines and paying attention to detail.




  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




  • Native Arabic speaker and fluent in English
