PURPOSE:
To provide operational and strategic direction in all areas Humans Resources
(HR) including but not limited to Talent Management, Compensation and
Benefits, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition,
Employee Wellbeing, Engagement and Retention. Build effective relationships
with business leaders, the client and other external parties that have an
impact on the organization whilst representing business interests to be a
performance led organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Design, development and implementation of all HR policies.
* Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
* Lead the development, organization and implementation of employee related strategic initiatives (employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, employee retentions and employee development initiatives)
* Provide coaching and mentoring for employees as well as Managers building a collaborative culture that's aligned with core values and behaviours.
* Manage a cost-efficient Human Resource budget that optimizes and utilizes resources effectively across the department.
* Delivering change initiatives by acting as a change agent looking for new ways to improve the employee experience and enhance our company culture.
* Lead the annual people review process for the project from an HR perspective, identifying key talent (High potentials, technical expertise etc.), preparing succession and development plans.
* Lead the annual performance, variable pay and salary review processes in collaboration with Corporate HR.
* Ensure the consistent application of HR practices especially in relation to salary and benefits, recruitment, contracts issuance and aligning these with company values and fairness principles.
* Lead the integration of company values and behaviours and participate in the cascading of the same.
* Support local HR in the management of employee relations matters as per policy. Providing advice and guidance towards disciplinary procedures, employee grievance and the Code of Ethics and Compliance policy.
* Build effective relationships with various stakeholders, including leadership team, government authorities and other external parties to represent Company interests.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Graduate in HR / Law and preferably MBA in Management / HR
* HR qualification, CIPD or equivalent is desirable.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
* Solid knowledge of local HR practices, legal requirements, and labour regulations.
* Fluency in both written and spoken English, Arabic is an added plus.
* Able to both lead and take a hands-on approach.
* Leadership style includes an on-the-ground presence and understanding of employee roles and work conditions.
* Ability to manage teams effectively.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
* Minimum ‎10 years ' experience in developing and implementing human resource strategy, policies, and programs in a service-driven and customer focused environment.
* Private sector experience within multinational or international environments is essential.
* Experience from large scale organizations with more than ‎1,000 people.
* Proficiency with local labour laws in Saudi and proven experience in Saudisation.
