Receives patients or their representatives seeking access to the services of
Hospital's. Informs them about the Hospital policies and procedures.
1. Receives patients or their representatives seeking access to the services
of KFSH &RC.
2. Acts as liaison officer between patients or their representatives and
staff of the Patient Acceptance processing the patient's referrals.
3. Verifies if patients concerned possess the required documents (Royal
Orders, Medical Reports and other relevant medical information, i.e. x-rays,
pathological slides).
4. Scans medical reports in the electronic referral system.
5. Directs patients or their representative to the proper authority if
documentation is incomplete.
6. Prepares to any inquiry of the public pertaining to the Patient Acceptance
Services.
7. Receives copies of Royal Order for Medevac patients and follows-up cases
in the department.
8. Makes daily printing and follows up cases which are pending in the
department by calling the Case Managers.
Education**
Master 's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public
Administration, Healthcare Administration, or other related discipline is
required.
One (1) year of related experience with Master 's, or three (3) years with
Bachelor's is required.
