and enterprise customers by leading the transition to cloud-native software
and as-a-service delivery models. Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers and

Nokia Operations Delivery team is part of Nokia Cloud and Network Services CNS
Business Group. The team is responsible to handle the daily managed services
operations of many customers worldwide. As part of this team, the candidate
will be directly interfacing with the customer operations as well as
commercial teams.

As part of our team, you will:

• Handle management responsibilities of a large team working on customer network and executing daily operational tasks


• Be the lead operational SPOC during all the time including network high and low traffic seasons


• Be responsible to successfully position the team for contract renewal and negotiations


• Be required to take the operational model to the next level on digitization and automation measures
  Be required to maintain the financial targets of the assigned deliveries

Your skills and experience

You have :
* Strong Technical Background in Telecom and\or IT operations
* Experience in Telecom Managed Service and outsourcing
* Worked for a major Telecom Provider as an Operations Manager or as a Managed Services Head serving a major Telecom Provider

It would be nice if you also had:
* Excellent technical experience in cloud and 5G
