Job Description
Our Client: A well reputed group is expanding their hospitality business and
hence they looking to hire a Director of Operations to be based in Jeddah,
KSA.
Your Role: The ideal candidate would be highly analytical leader who will join
the groups leadership team. You will be responsible for leading the company's
day-to-day operation of all branches, manage the P&L of the business and
ensure that teams are providing exceptional service. Play a pivotal role in
establishing vision, strategies, and growth plans for the business operations.
Develop and deploy systems, procedures, and operating matrix that is service
based. Review, establish SOPs, and conduct operational audits.
Must Haves: 8-10 years of Management experience in the F&B industry.
University degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field. Prior
experience in opening and developing a portfolio of new F&B outlets. Strong
business and financial acumen. Passionate, energetic and has strategic mind-
set.
