Job details

A senior position in the store functioning to contribute to the profitability
and achieve sales targets and quality operation of the store. A responsible
position that involves leading store primary management & Team Members,
allocating tasks to them. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible to assist
in the administrative operations of the store and the day-to-day management of
the store. The Assistant Store Manager ensures the highest level of quality
service throughout the store, a role mod
OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE



  • Manage the various store activities concerning the daily operation.

  • Managing the team members and having done the required tasks through them.

  • Monitoring the cleanness and neatness in all store facilities and among team members.

  • Coaching team members and enhancing their abilities to meet work requirements.

  • Assure work procedures and operations manuals are correctly implemented by all team members.
    SUMMARY OF POSITION

  • Apply comprehensive quality control on operations activities and on team members ' performance.

  • Ensure that all daily activities are intended to convey dr.CAFE® Business Models.

  • Satisfy team members and guests in return make all of them have nice time being in dr.CAFE®.

  • Execute personal checking on all team members verifying that they are well implementing self-hygiene, cleanness and neatness standards.

  • Set plans for increasing sales and assign target to each of the team members.

  • Maintain the functionality of all machines, equipments and tools inside the store.

  • Educate team members about new products, new procedures and techniques.

  • Upgrade the coffee knowledge among team members and teach them how to transfer it to guests.

  • Implement strategies for cost cutting and expenses saving.

  • Arrange shifts and assignments of team members in order to achieve optimal operation.

  • Order sufficient supply of raw materials and disposal items.

  • Supervise cash handling and safe and proper procedures are followed dealing with cash registers.

  • Ensuring that new team members are following the correct training steps taught by partners.
    REQUIREMENTS
    Educational Background and Experience

  • Bachelor degree in hotel management or hospitality operations.

  • Minimum ‎5 years Experience retail business or fast food chains, ‎2 of which in supervisory position.
    Knowledge and Skills

  • Fluent in both oral and written English.

  • Good knowledge of computer software and hardware

  • Leadership and analytical skills abilities
    Personal Traits

  • Good performer under pressure, easy going with a pleasant personality.

  • Problem solving ability is essential in resolving conflicts.

  • ‎27-‎36 years of age.
