The opportunity
The role is to manage maintenance and repair work in our client facilities in
KSA. The person will be responsible for training staff and ensuring the smooth
running of upkeep or repair operations.
An exciting opportunity to be a part of our facilities management business to
manage a panel of services for a flagship building in KSA with high standards.
We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking facilities coordinator to join
our established and growing team in KSA.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing internal helpdesk for the client account. Raising and tracking tasks through to completion.
* Managing tasks through to completion and proactively chasing to close out overdue tasks.
* Tracking progress against pre-determined KPI's including measuring response times.
* Tracking rectification times and implementing escalation procedures where necessary.
* Reporting back to clients and contract staff on job progress and open tasks.
* Taking responsibility for uploading maintenance records/compliance certificates.
* Uploading and amendment asset information as held in the helpdesk database.
* Managing escalations in a proactive manner which minimises impact to the client.
* Cleansing and refreshing the electronic register to incorporate updates.
* Collating quotes from suppliers and monitoring spending against pre-agreed values.
* Coordinating suppliers to meet strict deadlines ensuring satisfactory opening.
* Ensuring helpdesk software reflects accurate data for all locations in scope.
* Being proactively monitoring services and contracts with the aim of identifying solutions.
* Suggesting improvements to processes and procedures.
* Challenging vendor costs when they deviate from the norm.
* Liaising with regional managers to maintain information flows.
* Completing monthly supplier reviews alongside clients FM team to ensure supplier performance and complaince.
* Fielding internal calls on behalf of the client to assist with raising tasks, chasing updates or providing responses to key clients, customers and stakeholders.
About you
You have some previous facilities management experience. You have a strong
technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, HVAC etc.). You are a
team player with strong customer service skills and organizational skills. You
have a good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead
strong, motivated teams. You will be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the
