  • Description:
    Responsibilities:

    • Advising and authorizing executive units to implement plans and policies.

    • Representing management at council meetings and ensuring policy compliance.

    • Issuing administrative decisions and overseeing company policies.

    • Proposing organizational development, and strategic plans.

    • Managing stakeholder relations, capital structure, and budgets.

    • Reviewing performance and recommending efficiency improvements.

    • Implementing identity building, marketing, and expansion plans.

    • Managing daily operations, compliance, and governance.

    • Overseeing risk management and internal controls.

    • Managing operations, feasibility studies, and project contracts.

    • Resolving client disputes, improving assets, and reporting results.

    • Supervising financial and non-financial progress and accounting updates.
      Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's in engineering or related field.

    • MBA or equivalent.

    • ‎15+ years of relevant experience.

    • Prior Experience in commercial facilities management similar to hotels, commercial complexes, malls etc.

    • Strong leadership and communication skills.

    • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

    • Proficient in computer applications.

    • Knowledge of Saudi Arabian building regulations.
