  • Description:
    We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Secretary to provide
    administrative support to the CEO and the Board of Directors in a leading
    group. As the ideal candidate, you must be fluent in both Arabic and English,
    with preference given to Saudi Nationals.
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to the CEO and Board of Directors, including organizing meetings, taking minutes, and drafting correspondence.

    • Manage the CEO and Board of Directors' schedules, including arranging appointments and travel arrangements.

    • Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, reports, and presentations for board meetings and other senior management meetings.

    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO and the Board of Directors.

    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

    • Manage the filing system, records, and documents.

    • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.
      Qualifications:

    • Fluency in Arabic and English is a must, with preference given to Saudi Nationals.

    • Proven experience as a Secretary or similar administrative role, supporting senior management.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
