Health Club Supervisor

FINANCIAL RETURNS
* Assists in retails and membership sales.
* Recognize opportunities to sell, add on sell and up-sell.
* Develops and implements departmental marketing and promotional plans.
* Compile and submit daily and monthly revenue analysis to superiors.
* Supervises the day-to-day sales and costs.
* Develops departmental budget and goals and ensure costs are strictly controlled.
* Analyze and control operating costs.
* On an ongoing basis, control and analyze departmental costs to ensure performance against budget; implementing corrective measures where necessary to produce positive business results
* Effectively manage staffing costs by preparing efficient work schedules in line with legal requirements
PEOPLE
* Assists Personnel in the functions of interviewing, hiring, departmental indication, performance evaluations, and coaching.
* Responsible for on-going fitness training, assessment and motivation of Club members.
* Interacts with guests as well as health club members and individuals in the local community.
* Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with other hotel departments as required.
* Attend scheduled training
* Participate actively in employee activities
* Adhere to specified hygiene and personal appearance standards
GUEST EXPERIENCE
* Greets and welcomes all clients/guests.
* Understand and respond to customer's needs and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
* Report out preventive maintenance to ensure facility is maintained and in service for our guests.
* Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and team members in compliance with regulatory policies and procedures.
* Ensure only qualified persons such as in-house guests, members and guests who paid the entrance fee are allowed to use
RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS
* Coordinate the deliverance of all recreational guest services.
* Responsible for the safety of all guest services.
* Manage all staff in this department.
* Manage the sale and promotion of departmental products and services.
* Access sales and marketing data.
* Assist with the development of new products and services.
* Assist with the evaluation of sales and marketing activities.
* Anticipate economic business level fluctuations and makes action plans.
* Comply with all Hotel and corporate guidelines (e.g. Signage guidelines, safety guidelines, etc).
* Deliver high quality service to guests.
* Adhere to departmental cleaning and maintenance programs.
* Co-ordinate the maintenance of all recreational facilities and equipment.
* Attend and input at management meetings as required.
* Monitors the testing follow up of pool Jacuzzi chemical levels.
* Participate in activities concerning protection of environment.

service by fulfilling your duties as a Health Club Supervisor in the most

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
The ideal Health Club Supervisor must possess a High School Degree, at least
two years experience in a similar position (preferably in the hotel industry).
Fluency of the English Language both written and spoken is essential and other
languages such as Arabic, Hindi are also preferred.
Other:
Communication, both verbal and written, skills are utilized a significant
amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact
with guests, employees and third parties that. Also basic computer skills are
required.
