Job responsibilities:
Partner with the business and ensure all learning activities are executed &
aligned to business goals.
Induction & Career Development program (SMD, PSDP & Ertiqaa)
Drive Succession Planning at the regions to Identify Groom talent to have a
succession Bench strength and Drive Nationalization Agenda.
Focus and deliver Learning execution in stores by working closely with store
managers and ISTs network in stores.
Measure learning effectiveness and provide ongoing feedback to Regional
Leadership team, COE function & concepts for relevant programs.
Identify and analyze learning needs using TNA and development center tools.
Plan store visits in appropriate time slots for observation and Action.
Ensure feasibility, ease, and accuracy of materials designed and implemented.
Set indicators to measure training effectiveness and performance uplifting of
participants.
Delivering soft skills and Drive training programs.
Keep track of all training assessments and prepare an analysis report.
